A BOGOF (Buy One, Get One Free) offer effectively gives us something for nothing, but we can’t always use, or store, twice as much as we planned to buy.
Food banks need tinned food, cereals, shower gels, soaps, UHT milk, toothpaste, anything non-perishable that could help someone who is in need.
With these offers, we are privileged enough to be offered things for free that someone, somewhere, can’t afford. This campaign is an encouragement to take up any offer you can, wherever you’re shopping –
– and give the free half away.
There’s no right or wrong way to do it – drop the goods off at your local food bank, help your neighbours, however you want. The campaign is open to ideas, and to partners, and most importantly is not asking you to give up offers that would otherwise benefit YOU. It’s only about making the most of the offers that you might not ordinarily have taken up. Have a look at the ways to help page for some suggestions.
